Extraordinary Client Service for Health Care Professionals
Our Firm
Natasha Wesker Law specializes in legal advocacy for Maryland health practitioners. Having represented health care providers for more than 30 years in malpractice actions and licensing and disciplinary proceedings, it was apparent that health care professionals needed help navigating the ever-changing labyrinth of processes and procedures governing their ability to practice their profession. We provide that help.
Natasha has devoted her career to health care law, both as a defense attorney and prosecutor with the Maryland Office of the Attorney General. As a civil litigator and partner with a mid-size firm for the first half of her career, she successfully defended physicians, dentists, nurses and hospitals in malpractice actions. She simultaneously developed an expertise representing health care providers before their regulatory and disciplinary boards, with particular focus on the Maryland Board of Physicians, Maryland Board of Dental Examiners and Maryland Board of Nursing.
For the second half of her career, Natasha expanded her experience, in order to gain a broader understanding of the licensing, regulatory, and disciplinary process utilized by the 19 different Health Occupations Boards in the State of Maryland. As an administrative prosecutor, she investigated, charged and prosecuted disciplinary matters, successfully resolving cases through Case Resolution Conferences, evidentiary hearings, and appeals. She now brings her diverse range of experience to her health care advocacy practice, focusing her attention on professional licensure and discipline, risk management, employment, credentialing and compliance.

Client Feedback
I have known Natasha for more than 11 years during which time I have had the pleasure of observing her in various professional settings. As a practicing dentist, former Board President, and Chair of the Disciplinary Review Committee, I worked closely with Natasha who served the Board of Dental Examiners as senior prosecutor and Assistant Attorney General.
During her tenure, Natasha brought her 25+ years of experience in both private practice and the public sector, to bear on protecting the public from dental providers practicing below the standard of care. It was as a direct result of her counsel that the Board made legislative changes to improve the quality of dental care in the State of Maryland. Her insight and guidance was essential in Case Resolution Conferences where negotiation skills are at a premium. As President of the Dental Board, I felt confident when Natasha was presenting the Board’s case at evidentiary and show cause hearings because her knowledge, skill and professionalism are unmatched.
Because of my continued involvement in organized dentistry, I am often contacted by medical and dental professionals seeking a recommendation for the most qualified attorney to defend them when facing professional risk or liability. I consistently tell them that if I ever needed legal advice or representation, I would retain the best…and that is Natasha Wesker.

Dental Professional
For one moment close your eyes; for one moment imagine that the one thing you enjoy doing is in jeopardy. Keep your eyes closed and remember the joy that you have had in holding your patient’s hand while providing comfort, care, and hope. Think about the many tasks that you have participated in, the late nights, the early mornings and the overnighters. Think about the near misses that you have intervened in because of your knowledge and your determination to make EVERY encounter with your patient a positive and pleasant experience.
But, when you open your eyes, you realize that you are alone. You are alone with your grief; you are alone with your thoughts; you are alone with accusations, manipulation and negative speculation.
But, take courage in knowing that you are not alone! When you need someone you can depend on, call Natasha Wesker and know that you can trust her! Give her your hopes, dreams, pain, and give her your documents, time line of events, but more importantly, give her your Truth. She will speak the words that you have difficulty saying. She will convey the thoughts you have hidden. She will breakdown the barriers that encapsulate you. She will remind you that you are not alone. She will help you to resume your passion in life—that is, helping others to reach optimum health by being a nurse.

From our first consultation, I was impressed with her assessment of my case and grasp of its complexities. Licensed Mental Health Professional
Natasha Wesker has saved me-my career, my family and my livelihood. Being a young surgeon, it was difficult to navigate the business aspects of medical practice. I wanted to simply practice medicine, and perform surgery, but didn’t have the practical experience necessary to navigate the pressures of my employment relationship. I needed to separate from my existing practice, and seek a new practice that would allow me to flourish and stay on track for my Board Certification.
I was so lucky to have found Natasha. She helped me, personally and professionally, clearing the way for me to land in a practice I love, gaining valuable surgical experience.
I remember calling Natasha on the weekend, in despair when she was on an international vacation. She answered my call and got to work immediately, helping me out of a terrible situation. She is the best. I will not have anyone else represent me. Natasha…thank you so much for everything you’ve done for me, and my family. We are forever indebted to you for your knowledge, full support, friendship, honesty, and tenacity to help your clients be successful.
